Terms of Use

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Kashnova Enterprise, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India ("Delulu", "we", "us") for using the Delulu app and the website deluludate.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
• You must use your own valid Indian mobile number.
• You must not have been removed from Delulu before, and must not have been convicted of a sexual offence or any crime involving violence.
• One person, one account.

2. Your account

You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your phone and the one-time codes we send you private, and tell us immediately at supportdelulu@gmail.com if you think someone else has access to your account.

3. Rules of conduct

You must follow our Community Guidelines. In particular, you must not host, display, upload, share or send any content that:

• belongs to someone else and you have no right to share;
• is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy (including bodily privacy), insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, racially or ethnically objectionable, or encourages money laundering or gambling;
• is harmful to children;
• infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right;
• deceives or misleads about its origin, or knowingly spreads false or misleading information;
• impersonates another person;
• threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or incites any offence;
• contains software viruses or any code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the Service;
• violates any law in force in India.

You must also not ask for or send money, promote businesses, spam, scam, use bots or fake accounts, or try to copy, reverse engineer, scrape or overload the Service.

4. Your content

You own the photos and text you add. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display and process that content only to run and improve the Service, for example to show your profile to other members. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content kept under our retention rules. Photos are checked automatically and may be reviewed by a moderator, and we can refuse or remove any content that breaks these Terms.

5. Safety, moderation and reporting

Anyone can block or report a member from their profile or chat. We review every report and may dismiss it, warn the member, remove content, suspend the account for a period, or remove it permanently. If many people report the same profile, we may hide it from discovery until we review it. We will tell you in the app if we act on your account, and you can appeal by writing to supportdelulu@gmail.com.

We act on content removal orders from courts and government agencies within the time required by law, and keep records of removed content and accounts as the law requires.

We do not run criminal background checks or verify the identity of members beyond their phone number. You are responsible for your interactions with other members, on and off the app. Please read our safety tips and take care when meeting someone in person.

6. Chats

Chats are end-to-end encrypted and we cannot read them. Only messages you choose to attach to a report are shared with our safety team. Undelivered messages are deleted after 7 days.

7. Early access and the APK

Delulu is in early access. Features may change and the Service may sometimes be unavailable. Only download the Delulu app from deluludate.com or an official app store. We are not responsible for copies of the app obtained anywhere else.

8. Fees

The Service is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will show the price and terms clearly before you pay.

9. Ending your account

You can deactivate or delete your account at any time from Settings (see Delete account). We may suspend or end your account if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect other members.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that you will find a match, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for the conduct of any member, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, if any. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be limited.

11. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for losses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first contact our Grievance Officer so we can try to solve the problem. If it is not resolved, the courts at Mumbai will have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. If the changes are important we will tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Contact and Grievance Officer

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days. Requests to remove content that exposes a person's private area, shows them in full or partial nudity or sexual acts, or impersonates them are acted on within 24 hours.
