- Keep personal details private (home address, workplace, daily routine) until you trust someone.
- Stay in the Delulu chat until you are comfortable. Chats here are end-to-end encrypted.
- Be careful with anyone who avoids video calls, rushes things, or wants to move to another app right away.
- If something feels off, block and report. Our safety team reviews every report.
Meeting in person
- Meet in a busy public place, like a café, and arrange your own travel.
- Tell a friend where you are going and who you are meeting, and share your live location with them.
- Keep your phone charged and stay in control of your drinks.
- You can leave at any time. You do not owe anyone an explanation.
Reporting
Open the person's profile or chat, tap the menu and choose Report. Reporting also blocks them. You can attach messages to help us review, and we will let you know in the app when we act.
